May 21 is World Meditation Day. As you are already aware, meditation has the power to transform people to a state of equanimity, reduce stress and anxiety and restore faith in humanity. When people meditate together, the healing power is far more than meditating alone. There is a power in numbers.


We are at a juncture where the world can use calmness, harmony and a feeling of oneness. Changing geo-political and economic situations around the globe causes news about people’s angst, suffering, disagreement, disturbances to their health and living reach us at our homes every day. We get pulled into it without our realization.


Every one of us have a role to play to bring harmony to this world. We are energy beings; we can radiate peace, harmony and love. We can bring our collective intent together so that people in challenged environments and situations can experience relief. And to achieve that, meditation is the key. Experiencing Oneness with all to help relieve tense situations is the need of the hour.


When we meditate, there is peace, contentment and deep relaxation. When you meditate at the same time with others, these are intensified. The benefits are both individual and collective. We are all deeply connected at the consciousness level.

Let’s all come together on May 21 to meditate together to help Mother Earth heal and our fellow brethren in all the parts of the world experience peace and love!

A person experiences life as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this self-imposed prison, and through compassion, to find the reality of Oneness.
