About Program

Join us in this comprehensive 6-day residential meditation retreat that has its basis in modern science including Quantum Physics, Neuroscience, and Epigenetics. Learn the evidence based science connecting meditation to physical, mental, emotional and social well-being, and the manifestation principles.

The uniqueness of this program is its emphasis on deep practice of meditation and learning scientific practical meditation wisdom, along with several outdoor activities in the serene and energetic natural environments of Pyramid Valley campus .  Participants practice several short and long  breath-mindfulness meditations daily to make meditation as a compelling process to adopt to, by the time they complete the program.

The Art & Science of Meditation

Proven by many studies and now corroborated well by scientific research, meditation is the foundational practice to nurture a mindful life, overcome stress, develop a growth mindset, gain emotional regulation and deliver peak performance. Meditation helps individuals break the habit of being themselves, often limited by their subconscious programs of routine habits, attitudes, and behaviours. Quantum physics principles indicate that our thoughts and feelings create our outer reality. 90% of what is experienced by individuals is based on their past limiting thoughts, experiences and beliefs. 

A 3-day meditation practice in a changed environment, supported with powerful meditation wisdom, helps reprogram the old patterns of the subconscious mind and instils a positive and miraculous mindset. It opens up the gates for an individual to expand their consciousness significantly and lead a life with acceptance, empathy, openness, confidence, clarity and creativity, while realizing their limitless potential ! 

Program Structure

  • 3-day residential program – participants check in before 9am on day-1 (they can come in one day before too)

  • Daily 3 indoor sessions organized into wisdom and meditation, and an outdoor session

    • Outdoor session includes team building activities, nature hikes, service activities, all of which are designed to inculcate the experience of going beyond oneself
